Paradiz African Online Ordering Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Before Payment Confirmation: Orders can be cancelled without penalty before payment confirmation.
- After Payment Confirmation:
- Up to 120 minutes before estimated delivery/pickup time: Refunds will be issued for 20% of the order total, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Within 120 minutes of estimated delivery/pickup time: No refunds will be issued unless specific circumstances outlined below are met.
2. Specific Circumstances for Refunds:
- Incorrect order delivered.
- Missing items from order.
- Food arrives spoiled or inedible.
- Order significantly delayed beyond estimated timeframe due to restaurant error.
3. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days and issued to the original payment method used.
4. Additional Notes:
- This policy does not apply to catering orders or special events.
